Haiku 17036
Her petals don’t scream,
She waves and touches softly,
Her stem stays with me,

Not as a captive,
She grows with conversation,
Gives me air to breathe,

Her roots are soiled,
And knows all of my secrets,
I whisper at night,

She never worries,
When morning sunlight wakes her,
She offers her smile
